What do you think is the state of corporate communications in Swaziland?
Communications monitors indicate that communications challenges in organisations are as a direct result of institutional leadership styles and the associated defective decision making because comms managers wield no real power or influence.
I feel the challenge we have in Swaziland, can be attributed to all these factors and also the fact that we haven’t empiricised the state of our communications either from a strategic level or a functional level and hence we can only speculate on the state of our communications management.
